Courteney Cox As Meryl
Cox, who would later be so well known for her role as Monica on Friends, began as Jerry’s fake wife so she could take advantage of his dry cleaning discounts and enjoy out-of-house syrup with their pancakes. It’s funny that the two managed to compete for almost a decade for the Thursday night spotlight.
Anna Gunn As Amy
Now recognizable as the Breaking Bad star, Gunn had her time in Jerry’s life when George mistakes her for one of Jerry’s cheating girlfirends.
Kristin Davis As Jenna
Simply put, a debacle involving a toilet and a toothbrush brought Kristin into the extensive line of girlfriends Jerry went through. Davis didn’t know then but almost a year later she would land the big gig of her life on Sex and the City as Charlotte.
Marcia Cross As Sara
Jerry’s talent of being the pickiest man on the planet lost him this “Pimple Popper M.D.”, who turned out to be a life-saving dermatologist. Before coming into her big role in Desperate Housewives.
Melinda McGraw As Angela

Debra Messing As Beth
Dating Jerry twice only to be outed as a closet racist in the classic “Yada, Yada” episode, Messing went on to take part in her own hit show, Will & Grace.

The box of Junior mints. Enough said. In this episode, a mix up with Jerry forgetting Walters’ character’s name leads to them splitting up. But Walters went on to appear in The Young and The Restless as well as The Vampire Diaries.
Katherine LaNasa As Cathy
The two can at least be happy that out of all the relationships Jerry went through throughout the show, their break up was one of the more interesting ones, thanks to Jerry’s love of Melrose Place. LaNasa went on to appear in shows like Judging Amy and Three Sisters.
Alexandra Wentworth As Sheila
As every knows, “The Soup Nazi” is one of the most memorable episodes in the series. Playing an overly clingy girlfriend, the pair had to make the best with what they had as the soup scenario took most of the focus of the episode. Later she would appear in big hits like Office Space and Jerry Maguire.
Kristin Bauer As Gillian
Another case of Jerry being shot down by his own ridiculous standards, Bauer was dismissed due to her hand size which Jerry could not stop fussing over. Kristin went on to star in the hit series True Blood and Once Upon a Time.
Jennifer Coolidge As Jodi
Before she took on her most famous, or infamous, role as Stiffler’s Mom in the cult classic American Pie, Coolidge played Jerry’s masseuse girlfriend. After she refused him a massage yet continued to take on his friends as clients, Jerry gets fed up and ends it.
Catherine Keener As Nina
Just another love spell of Jerry’s, Keener’s character plagiarized a love letter she gave to him leading Mr. Super Standards to end it with her. She went on to make amazing cinematic performances in films like Into the Wild and Being John Malkovich.
Jane Leeves As Marla
One of the more “successful” relationships Jerry had throughout the series that actually only lasted a few days, Leeves actually ended it with him after finding out about the contest the gang had avoiding sexual activity. Going on snag the huge role of Daphne in Frasier, she did quite well for herself thereafter.
Tawny Kitaen As Isabel
Known for her racy role in the 1980’s Whitesnake music video, Tawny played a love interest of Jerry’s that wasn’t up to his intelligence standard- too dumb for Jerry I guess. However, she went on to have a very full career appearing in many different movies and shows through her still on-going career.
Samantha Smith As Hallie
Smith character Hallie meets Jerry on a double date with George and his girlfriend at the Friars Club. After a preoccupation with membership and forgetting to return his borrowed jacket, its safe to say the two didn’t go anywhere serious after that. Going on to star in the successful series Supernatural, Smith only got better from here on.
Kathleen McClellan As Melissa
McClellan played Melissa in season 9, the naked chick. She very much enjoyed walking around Jerry’s apartment in her birthday suit but when Jerry tried to join her naked campaign, things went a little south from there. After this stint in television, McClellan returned to her previous career of modeling.
A.J Langer As Abby
In an episode from season 8, called ‘The Fatigue’, Langer switches her professional mentor after Jerry convinces her to hoping it would be him. When she chooses George Jerry decided it was enough. After this she went on to play in numerous TV series.
Lynn Clark As Vanessa
After bungling a first impression with Lynn’s character, Jerry decided to go on a reconnaissance mission to her office to find a number or a name. Seeing her again only a few episodes later they break up on an awkward Vermont trip with brutal outcomes. Lynn continued on to do a few more less than stellar roles such as an episode of Friends as Chandler’s date.
Elena Wohl As Sandi Robbins
A fictional love interest of Jerry’s, Wohl was hired for Jerry’s show to play the role of Elaine. Being a method actress, she started taking it too far and making advances on Jerry only to be denied. She wised up and left the fictional relationship to perfectly round out her understanding on what it was to be Elaine. She continued her career with Spotlight and The Invention of Lying.
Anita Barone As Gail
Gail Cunnigham on season four played a chef who goes crazy over Elaine’s shoes and agrees to jump through hoops for George and Jerry in order to get them from her. After going on three dates with Jerry, Kramer is one who loses it with he because she refused to kiss Jerry… confusing. She went on to appear in Curb Your Enthusiasm and The War at Home.
Julia Campbell As Lisi
Quite a veteran to the TV series field, she played Lisi in the episode where Jerry believes he sees a serial killer. After leaving her due to his pet peeve that she finishes his sentences, Jerry ends up begging her to take him back. She’s guest starred in numerous roles such as Heroes, Dexter and Reba.
Marlee Matlin As Laura
Matlin and Jerry had an interesting breakup in the show over a misunderstanding caused by Jerry inability to sign. Matlin is a deaf actress that has been seen in her roles on The West Wing as well as The L Word.
Jennifer Campbell As Tia Van Camp
This is where Jerry met his match, Campbell’s character turned out to have even more brutal standards than Jerry. Playing a Calvin Klein model, the two dated until Jerry was caught picking his nose. Jennifer made guest appearances twice on Seinfeld which is more than most of Jerry’s conquests can say. Later she appeared in Boy Meets World and Baywatch.
Gretchen German As Donna
One of the sillier breakups of Jerry’s, Gretchen’s character Donna simply said she thought a commercial that Jerry hated was good. That’s it. But she went on to appear in Judging Amy, Will & Grace and Star Trek.
Teri Hatcher As Sidra
One of Jerry’s regrettable loses, Hatcher’s character Sidra was an extremely attractive but the gang was convinced she had breast implants. Jerry, unable to shake the idea of it ends up costing himself the relationship. Teri went on to appear in many hit shows such as Desperate Housewives and The New Adventures of Superman.
Lauren Graham As Valerie
Mostly recognized for her role in Gilmore Girls, Graham’s love affair with Jerry was ended over a simple yet complicated issue with speed dialing. Technology was not Jerry’s friend in the show to say the least.
Lori Loughlin As Patty
Full House, Fuller House and many more, Loughlin is well known for the incredible roles she’s played in TV lover’s hearts. When she appeared on Seinfeld, she intended to make Jerry a little more emotional, but when he went a little too far with his sharing, she ended the affair.
Julia Louis-Dreyfus As Elaine Benes
Elaine, Elaine, Elaine. Such a pinnacle character in the timeless show, she and Jerry had a special relationship. Although for most episodes they were not a love interest of each other, they always seemed to ponder the thought of it. She herself had quite some interesting breakups throughout the show but always seemed to be Jerry’s perfect match, despite neither of them admitting it. Julia went on to do great work, winning awards for her part in the hit series on HBO, Veep.
