Samantha’s response to people’s question of leaving her job as a cop is: “I wouldn’t leave my police job for it. It’s fun. What girl doesn’t want to dress up and look pretty? But it’s not as fulfilling as saving lives and impacting people on a personal level. I like that I can do both.”

Something that Samantha has carried with her throughout life is the fact that she values helping others and serving the community. This is why she chose a career in law enforcement in the first place and why she chooses to stay. She has been quite involved with her community.
