After a couple moved into their new home, which used to be a bank, they found a huge functioning vault in their house. They have since converted the vault into a storage space for all their personal belongings for safekeeping.

This Walgreens store branch bought a building that once was a bank, and so they inherited a high-security vault. They then made it into a vitamin storage / selling area that people can go into and find their vitamins in.
Secret Safe
This new homeowner found an unexpected treasure in his home while he was moving in. He discovered a safe inside the bathroom wall, located behind a panel by the mirror, and when opened, the previous owners’ contents were still inside.
British Wells
This English pub has a well built underneath it, and to preserve the memory of this monument in history, the owner covered it with glass so patrons could see down it. It still has the original bricks and mortar preserved.
Spooky Tunnel
Underneath her apartment building a woman found a hidden tunnel a mile long, and on the walls are drawings of scary ghouls for the whole length of the tunnel. The locals have given it the name “The Tunnel of Nightmares.”
Hidden Basement
When this tenant moved into her new apartment, she found an extra room in it. Just outside of her bathroom there was a trap door and inside were tools. The stairs in it led to an extra room for storage.
Mouse Holes
The people who moved into this house, built in 1741, discovered several small holes that had once been home to mice. The holes were made by mice chewing into the walls and looks like it came out of a cartoon.
Elevator Crank
In this apartment a man found a vintage elevator crank, estimated to be over 100 years old. These cranks were used instead of buttons in old elevators and would make for a very good conversation starter to this lucky man.
Paw Prints
When the owners built this house, they decided to seal the memory of their dog in the walls, and made a paw indent in the concrete joining the bricks. This is a cool idea so hopefully it’ll become a trend.
Old Blades
In this medicine cabinet, there is a slot labelled “razor blades” labelling it, and inside was a pile of used blades. The people who found it were surprised to hear that this is how razors used to be disposed of.
A Weapons Cache
Finding one gun is one thing, but one person found a whole weapons cache in their new home. There were 1000 weapons with ammunition in the cache which was hidden in walls, cupboards, and behind boards in this person’s home.
An Old Kitchen
One family was searching through some old stuff in the basement of their new home when they found an entrance to another room. It was actually a kitchen that was almost a century old, with pots and pans to match.
