The sausage biscuit sandwich, a claim-to-fame at McDonald’s, may smell and taste better then what it’s worth, calories wise that is. Honestly, there’s really nothing healthy about this breakfast option. The trans-fat and high amount of sodium in the processed sausage can make your blood pressure rise exponentially.
